Had to repost this one....me after this week of very low carbs!
Dottie always gets excited when I get the mountain bike out. I think she knows the trails better than I do.
Temps and humidity are crazy low for Virginia this time of year...got the bike cleaned up and ready to hit the trails in the morning.
Exactly how I feel and exactly zero f#@ks given. My body will relent because my mind will not.
Had to post this one again...I am focused and I'm not paying attention to the distracting BS that I can't control anyway.

Looking back at some older photos waiting for the rain to stop. I was a dumpy 265 pounds in this pic. Definitely motivation to never get out of shape again.
I find four leaf clovers all over my yard, never fails to make me smile.
Maybe a few things more...but mostly these.

Cleaned out the closet of everything that is too big anymore...I'm never going to go back to that size so some vets are going to get some new duds. The only problem that I have now is getting shirts that fit the shoulders and not blouse at the waist.
Yes...I wear clothes sometimes. The significance of this photo is the suit pants that I am wearing are size 34x34 from Banana Republic. The suit has been hanging in my closet for over a year waiting for me to get off my fat a$$ and fit into it.
I am a firm believer in setting your goals so high that they are nearly impossible. Logic says that I will never be as big as Dwayne but my heart says try anyway!
I reposted this because there are so many things in my life that I cannot control yet I still try to...but slowly I am letting go of those things and focusing and putting effort into the things that I alone control.
