that's so right. we started where they did and became strong. now it's our turn to motivate and help others achieve what we are doing today. I have a lot of friends that are struggling right now with weight issues and they look to me for help.
The body on the bottom is what my goal is to look like and I will work as hard as I have to and stay focused. I know I will hit a wall and fall but I will pick myself back up and keep going.
I often tell myself You can do this right before I am going to lift something heavier then I have before to get me ready to just do it and not let fear or my mind take over.
Truth! I can relate to this. I got to a goal weight of 135 and looked better then I ever have but then life issues got in the way and no gym for a while made me slip up bad making me gain back. NOT AGAIN!!!
Just because you get off track for a day doesn't mean you just throw it all away. Find your focus, turn up your headset, get back up putting one foot in front of the other.....it is closer than you think.
This was me summer of 2013 and this is my goal in the 12 week challenge to get back to this. Once in back to looking like I did here then I'm gonna continue on to a much fitter physique.
I'm not turning back this time
