Motivation

This is where my abs stands at as of today. Photo was taken last night a 1 AM. After this 21 day challenge i'm doing is done. I'll do a cut program to bring them out.

Today was a off day. But as you can see it didn't happen. I was in by 1 am to work on the abs. And out by 4 am.

I don't eat salads because i'm dieting. Those days are now over for me . I just really enjoy a good salads that all .

I took this reading well over several times and it stayed the same reading each time body weight didn't go down because i put on 1/2 inch in the biceps and also legs i decided to cut out all the fat in my diet and just eat lean turkey meat

10/12/16 I posted coming soon 167 well I'm glad to say 167 I haven't seen nor 166 but I'm glad to say 165 I have seen those 52 miles I walk in the last 3 day with healthy eating paid off . PS sorry brain freeze got the month wrong 10/15/16

this 20 mil was a hard -fought battle halfway throw my return my feet felt like they was going to give out well i didn't and we made it back safe and 25 mile will not be tryed anytime soon

two time i set out to do a 15 mile walk first i missed judge by 2.20 miles next time i just knew i had it but missed by 1/2 mile well to day i change my route and ended with 16.09 miles well tomorrow i'll get 18 then on my way to my 25 mile goal

motivation for me come everyday i see a change the change could be walking a extra mile and after i'm done i say to myself i could had gone a couple more miles so 3 miles is now up to 14.5 miles and today i will get that elusive fifteen mile

don't have a photo when i was 198 but this is around the second week 6 pound lighter i was looking in the narrow one day and ask myself how you allow yourself to get this big and that was it none stop till this day i
