I LIFT LIKE A GIRL. Why? Because I'm a girl! I lift heavy, I can jump high, and can push myself past my limits. Point is doing anything "like a girl" needs to stop being used as a negative characteristic.

Today is a busy busy day, so one of the intentions I wrote down today is "I am capable", because sometimes I ask myself if I really can do it all.
The answer is yes, yes I can.
