What kind of life will you be living this day forward? A life of fear and worried about what other people think or a life of adventure and facing what you fear in the face? How are you going to make a true difference in people's lives?

How many of you LIVE in fear? All of us have some kind of fear but how do you deal with it when you face it? We have to face our fears because that is the only way we grow and the only way we go beyond the "ordinary" life. Read below
You get excited at the first of the year then the "new car smell" wears off and you start to make excuses that there are more important things to do. REALLY?
Very sad to hear the passing of Greg Plitt. I looked up to this guy on my own fitness journey. The guy was a motivator for many. Just shows you that life is fleeting. Take advantage of today.
It is the weekend and you have gotten through another week. Weekends are where a lot of people blow it on their diets by going out and drinking or just eating things they normally don't eat. You have to keep going even on the weekends. Let's go!
Everyone in the Challenge, this won't be easy but if you fight through the 12 weeks, have a plan and determine your WHY (and make it emotional) YOU WILL SUCCEED
I think Plato had it right. It all starts and ends in the mind. "As a man thinketh so is he." If you have hit roadblocks to your goals in the past it is probably because your mind was not right.

Once you realize this, what you are you going to do differently in 2015? It is worth a 1/2 day to ponder.
It is Saturday! Hopefully a time to get away from work and relax. Just don't drop your workout. It will be well worth doing even if you don't "feel" like doing it
