Bodybuilding to me is about imagination and creativity. I would recommend you envision how you want your physique to look, and that you evaluate your progress regularly. Find someone who motivates you like I have for instance with Arnold. Have Fun!

IT IS LEG DAY!! Do you hit legs as hard or harder than the other body parts? I do! I want those tree trunk legs that when people look at me they say that guy never skips over the SQUAT RACK!!
