Wow. Sometimes I have profound thoughts. Hope that everybody is having a phenomenal weekend.

Trying to find my center again. Been a slow road lately.

I found this little gem right here, while browsing random pages in the social media nothingness. I kept it because I would really love to know who wrote this. If you ever feel like you are stumbling, just read it. Think. Feel and do.

I may not move that much heavy weight, but I try to humble myself and keep good form. I would rather see results, than bruise my ego and hurt myself.

I think about them every day. They push me, drive me and inspire me. I would not be the man I am today, without the love of my children.

This man is so inspiring, and so motivating. I listen to a few of his videos before I work out, gets me lifted up and motivated.

Back to the grind, and looking firward to knocking this goal out of the park.
