Motivation
I focus too much on my 'bad' spots when I should be focusing on the good!
I'm nowhere near being 'big' but one day!
I also have a supportive husband to give me a boost when I need it. :)
I'm always on the lookout for an image of my ultimate goal; this is it! Anybody know her name?
This is so true! I started because I wanted to lose fat, I stuck with it because of the growth of my strength (inner and outer) and confidence.
There is nothing more motivating than setting a goal and actually reaching it.
I've had people try, but when they see I'm strong in my determination they've given up. Typical pattern for those people, I suppose!
