Biceps and Back day. That moment when you realise you can no longer reach your back to scrub it, is a good moment. Lol. Using a long handle scrub now to clean my back during showers.

Awesome back and biceps day from Lee Labrada's program :) Just realised I can't scratch my back LOL and its a good thing! It's been almost 2 months now and I am loving the changes I see. Gained 11 lbs.

Awesome workout today, changed my plan to work each bodypart, two times a week. Let's see how it goes. The trick is to keep it within 1:15 minutes before the cortisol really hurts.

Day 5 of Jim Stoppani's Shortcut to Size completed. Jim said: "If you're not limping at the end of the workout, then you're doing it wrong", which means I must be doing it right. Totally wheysted at the end. But I love it. :)
