Stick will it, what doesn't kill you makes you stronger. Think of the people that want you to fail cause of were your at.Push forward. It's takes a SPECIAL person to workout, lift heavy and bust their a$$ !! If it was easy everybody wouldbe fit !!!

When working out and the pain sets in, do 3 or 4 more reps. Once you get used to the pain, that's when the GAINS begin !!! ( muscle Growth )
