2016 here I come pushing harder than before. This is my motivation. Lifted 400K lbs. more than last year, 3.5 lbs weight loss, and less cardio workouts tracked.
When guys forget leg day... forever! Lol I couldn't help but laugh at this one. Today was a big leg day for me at 119K lbs. I know mine don't look that small :)
Week 11 #REPRECAP and Marky Mark Would Be Proud, Dude. I find the Marky Mark part funny and the rest helps put perspective on my transformation and visualize it for myself.
The greatest loss of my life but I'm happy about it lol. It only took 1.3 mil lbs. to get there.. woot! 11 weeks and feeling the difference. This is one of my motivating factors, then other is my fit fam.
I'm excited to see that I hit 1.25M lbs. since the start of the challenge and now I'm trying to figure out where I'll land by the end. I'm feeling real inspired and looking for more ways to improve my workouts. Thanks everyone for motivating me!
