After mini vacation and TOTALLY not sticking to my diet. Still down over 2 pounds. Who Knew. The ''Vacation Diet'' lol. Back at it hard today. Need to push harder. Have a great day!

Throwback Thursday! 2011, lost close to 50 pounds. 168 lbs here. Had started arm work. Obviously nothing on the chest or shoulders or back at this time. After the weigh loss I feel This was the start of my fitness journey. Never look Back!

THROWBACK THURSDAY ( 1985 ). I was an orderly at a nursing home. I weighed 150 lbs. and never even considered working out. Sitting on my mom's exercise bike. It would be another 25 years before I actually would use one of theses.

THROW BACK THURSDAY. Me (right) with my partner 5 years ago. 220 pounds and never lifted a single weight. Joints always hurt and couldn't do a flight of stairs without having to catch my breath. Never Again!!!

I can't imagine my morning without COFFEE! Just sayin! That followed by a veggie protein drink really helps me push through morning workouts! Have a great day BB folks!

Workout in slippers. Right foot too sore and swollen to get a shoe on. Not proper gym attire by heck I'm at home. Got it done!

Taken Yesterday. Really wanting to bulk and gain several pounds of muscle this year. Always afraid of getting fat again. It's a daily balance.

Joined this site feeling intimidated and frustrated but stuck it out hoping it would help me stay motivated. Since Jan lost 11 lbs. I AM motivated. You all are AWESOME support. Thanks!
