Motivation
Success is hard work. Everything worth having is worth working for...in the end it is not how many toys you have in your collection, but how well you used them.

Whenever I feel like my progress is going to slow, I remind myself of what 1 lb of muscle looks like compared to 1 lb of fat...reality check at its best ;)
