True. Always had a big butt that went shxt when my quads got big. Mom told me how I was butt-less. I worked on it and my butt is nice,big and muscular now. When I look at my abs I see why I'm working on very low carbs now. Carbs that come from veggie

Every day I am on my way to the gym I am always scared. Butterflies on my stomach!! I am always afraid I am not going to work out the way I want to workout. I am always afraid i am not going to be able out perform by previous workout. Silly?
