For me,my workouts are not the problem.Its my eating.I need to make better decisions when im stressed.I have to remind myself what do I want more?Why workout so hard just to ruin it with bad eating habits because of whats going on around me?DO BETTER

The workouts are easy.its the eating that needs the most discipline Food is always tempting but you have to remind yourself what u want more, temporary enjoyment or results I post notes on my fridge every week as reminders. no food after 7!im focused
