Today was legs- no arm pump involved. I couldn't be more happy with the progress I've made. "Some people dream of success while others work their assses off for it"!
Who else loves leg day!

I once topped the scales at 175lbs and made every excuse in the book to why I couldn't lose the weight except blaming myself. I now know through dedication, discipline, and desire anything is possible. Now let's see what my #MyNextLevel is!
