Motivation

I just have to keep in mind that rest days are critical in the "muscle installation" process!!! Can't wait to get to bed early and get back to it tomorrow!
My only drug: a workout high :)
I *WILL* keep this in mind today. Rest day + low carb day + weekend is the hardest thing!!!!! Gotta stay busy, bring along my meals, put one foot in front of the other and stay FOCUSED and STRONG!
Yesterday was great... but I'm definitely a better self today than yesterday! The name of the game is PROGRESS! Just completed my first "two-a-day" in a long time! Definitely feeling the motivation!!
Yup, yup! My workout time is my "me" time. If I don't get my workout in, I can be pretty nasty to be around (except if it's a scheduled rest day... which are hard for me to actually take off)!
YES! Whenever I slip up (which is too often), I tend to beat myself up for a while. I need to keep in mind that fitness is a JOURNEY and part of that is how QUICKLY I dust myself off and recover from my mistakes!!
After my hip surgery 16 months ago, I was super depressed, gained weight and my diet suffered from lack of motivation. Now I try to remember to be GRATEFUL that I can do my workouts every day!!! Making a comeback!!!
Exactly.
