My teen boys stop mid-sentence as a cute girl walks by and comment how she's a "hot thick girl". i pretend not to hear but chuckle because I've always known that thick fit ladies rule the world ;-)
how in the hell can people do this? i am shaky and can barely breathe between sets - much less focus on my phone & press little buttons...besides, just being selfish *******!!! if you do this, please reply so i can better understand why ;-)

Whether it's your job, a workout in the gym, working around the house or quality time in the bedroom - you should try to sweat at least once per day. i shoot for twice a day, if you know what i mean ;-)
Funny but true! I get the benefit of both from weight training by reducing rest times between sets and stacking sets. Cardio does not build muscle and can actually reduce it.
