your physique- the one place where unwanted results are completely on you. No externalities can be blamed. while that sort of ownership and responsibility maybe scary, success here is one of the most rewarding there is!!! This is on you, give'r.
before and after - 20months of work - This is why we lift. Focus on INTENT! If you are going to the gym everyday and not seeing the changes you had in mind, you are doing something wrong.
What a change in focusing on Health and not being skinny (weight loss) can actually do! - this was the big mental shift and made me succeed.

When I first lost the weight, friends told me "you can't do anything about the hanging skin" many suggested seeing someone to remove it...just under 2 years later and this is where I am at! Don't just embrace change, DRIVE IT!

What can you do in 7 months? 19 inch Thighs to 22, calves 13 to 15, Hips 35 to 37.5, shoulders 42 to 45.25, waist unchanged at 27.
