I am a millennial. This is my MP3 Player, I have a flip Phone, and I still write out my workouts with Pen and Paper. Am I Weird, or do other people go old school with workouts? I'm very Curious! Thank you
I can't do treadmills anymore. I get so bored. Luckily i'm 20 miles away from the Cuyahoga National Park and it's 58 Trails spanning 100s of miles. Anyone else sick of Normal Cardio? What else do you do? I started flipping tires and sprinting as well

So i decided to post this bc this is my 2021 starting point. 6'3, 300 lbs, 31% fat. It's embarrassing, but i want to be held responsible for my fat loss. There is a lot of muscle under there, but it needs to come out. So, improvements are coming.
