I have to constantly remind myself to be REALISTIC with my goals and not expect to see changes in my body right away. Also, to not get discouraged and to KEEP GOING anyway!
Hurting my back was a setback that affected my workouts and mindset. As I result, I wasn't eating as healthy as usual. But I'm leaving all of that behind today and moving forward!
I think everyone falls into comparing themselves to others every once and a while. But we must remember that ALL THAT MATTERS is that you are working to improve yourself everyday!
I always have to remind myself that results will come! Even if they aren't as fast as I want them to be...or if I don't notice them myself. KEEP GOING!
