Record broken: Sat through 2 Taylor Swift videos in 24hrs. This must have burned calories! Strained some facial muscles, breathing... Drinking a milk thistle(Latin: Silybum) supplement, it makes me feel fitter.
So, this was today, but I am generally very displeased with myself, because I haven't done any other exercise this week. My plan was to get back to WORK!

Men want big arms. Mine look pretty huge here (the secret is the distance to the camera). Pain still prevents me from working out, but I walk my champion amounts!
I keep doing it, although I don't look at the phone most of the day; only in the evening. My plan was not more than 15km. I'll get back to working out soon <3
11 days after surgery. DON'T DO THIS, if the doctor has told you to rest! I'm allowed to walk, but no sport, no gym, no exercise, no lifting heavy objects!
A bit of an outtake. Got the shocking news that I'm getting surgery next week, have been working out so much, I FORGOT to log in here... I want to be fit. I also walked 22km on August 21st!
Sit-up bench, in the middle of the rep. Doing only 18 reps today, because I was sick for about 4 days. I usually make more backward reps, 30-40 at a time.
Can't do a gym mem'ship, because of surgeries (would be off for months, too expensive), so I work out, whenever I'm not recovering, at home. Sit-up bench, going backwards, 30reps.
