Just because you have some muscle doesn't mean you have to be a jerk like Hercules here! Strength should lift up not tear down. From "The Three Stooges Meet Hercules" with Joe DeRita, aka "Curly Joe," and Samson Burke as Hercules.

Memorial Day 2016 - doing military presses the actual military way. Never forget those who sacrificed so that we could remain free today.

I used to dream of having arms like this...at least I ended up with the same tape measure if not the measurement! The trouble with finding these pictures online is that I have no idea who the proud owner of this arm is. Ideas?

Dave Draper from an episode of "The Monkees" (1967). I happened to see this show again today on IFC. This was one of my very early inspirations. Dave was not in top shape here but still impressive - especially to 7 year old me!

And as long as I'm posting early inspirations - what skinny kid wasn't inspired by Dave Draper's modified (and iconic) double bicep pose found in comic book ads of the day?
