Don't get frustrated and give up when you don't see instantaneous results. Change takes times. Progress can be slow. Just keep pressing.

Make the time. Treat working out like brushing your teeth or changing your underwear. Make it part of your daily routine. It doesn't have to take hours. Just going out for a twenty minute walk is better than nothing. Just make it happen.
