We all know a full great full-body workout is a great way to builds strength and burn fat. Bonus it doesn’t have to be complicated! OFF TOBUILD AND BURN! WITH THE MUSIC LOUD!
working on back today. which means a ton of assisted pull ups will be done. TIme to HIIT it! It's about to get loud in the dungeon!

Getting a lean body takes some serious effort! I need to eat right daily! I need to get back on my clean eating. NO Cheats! My goal this week with Intermittent fasting will be. Get all my meals in between 10-6pm. NO CHEATS!
