This is just perfect timing to read this. I was looking last night and thinking I have not seen much change in the last 3 weeks. I need to be reminded that I have only been lifting for 9 weeks now and clean eating for 11 weeks.

So true. My mind wants to quit several times during a workout but I refuse to allow it to take me down that same road I have traveled too many times before.
