A day late on Wk 4 weigh-in. Added Total Lost since 1/1/16. I think I may have been a little aggressive with the weight loss. My goal is bodyfat driven more that weight driven - 8% is the goal

I see so many people have amazing results with the 12 week challenges, but they don't continue to challenge themselves when they are over. Keep the fire within you burning!! It should last much longer than a 12 week challenge, for a lifetime!!
