You've progressed don't stop now. keep going. Once last year I got discouraged, a guy pointed out how my waist had improved, he encouraged me keep going don't stop now, I looked in mirror he was right, my mimidsection was nothing like it was before

There's a homeless guy at my park worksout there. He eats one piece of chicken he fries on park grill and a raw fruit or vegetable a night. and he says that's enough. He then works out as he is sitting there. Now there some tough time inspiration
