Been "dieting" for 3 weeks but avoiding cardio and eating stupid grilled cheese sandwiches.. NO MORE of that. Cardio 2 days on and 2 days off. No more junk food, all protein, veggies and nuts/almonds for the next 90 days!
Did legs today after 2 months... still injured so had to do most of it on squat machine. and 1 leg press instead of lunges. I'm dead but I loved it! i MISS IT!
