To avoid a sub-par chest workout I like to do light chest on Monday and a killer one on Friday, everyone's rest day aka drinking day.

It's blunt. but it's true. I used to be overweight (280lbs) and I wouldn't have admitted to being lazy then. But looking back, I know I was. Don't get offended, get inspired! You think genetics is what made me 230lbs, 9% body fat? No. Hard Work!
Definitely coming along..

You'd be surprised what you can achieve in a short amount of time. 1 year, 60lbs lost, and 20 pounds of muscle gained.

Don't forget leg day, you don't want to be that guy in the gym with chicken legs...
Anyone can get results, real results come from doing those additional forced reps when you've hit muscle failure. Never Stop, Never Settle
