I've been down on myself and feeling overwhelmed with what life is throwing at me. I even missed Monday workout because of it. But I realize that even in my weakest moments, I am stronger now than I ever have been. And that's to be proud of.
Today is my first leg day of the week. Going to give my quads, glutes, hamstrings and calves a solid workout. It's all about those squats and deadlifts! Muscles, I command you to grow!
