Reg Park: The 2nd Hercules after Steve Reeves, and Arnold's inspiration!
I refuse to stop lifting until I look like Broly.
My future. I may not ever be successful and get revenge against the people who don't believe me and talk $hit, but at least I'll look like a monster.

The wolf don't take no $hit.
Tom Hardy as Bronson. This was his first role and still my favorite movie he's done. He might have me beat on trap gains, but I match the insanity of Bronson, I just don't take rage out on people with my fists, cause I don't wanna go back to jail.
Nikola Tesla. One of the greatest minds of all time.... and he died broke! Lord, please don't let this happen to me.
Danny Way jumping the Great Wall of China.

Danny Way. He is the most insane man on a skateboard, and probably the most dedicated. Who else (besides Evel Knievel) can say they've broken just about every bone in their body, yet keep stepping up to challenges, and continuously raise the bar?
Pete Rubish. This man is one of the most savage deadlifters on the planet, but I hope to catch up to his numbers some day.
My next transformation (Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde), because I'm a mad scientist.

Babysitting my little brother today and we were watching Spongebob, which I haven't watched in years. Instantly thought it was fitboard worthy.
Bill Kazmaier and Jon Pall Sigmarsson: A couple of the all time great legends of strength.
Justice and Redemption are the words I can not stop thinking about today.
The anthem of my transformation.
My favorite quote from Pain & Gain. That and when The Rock said "The lord himself has blessed me with many gifts, one of them being knocking somebody the f%*k out!"
I already knew that, grandpa.

Powerful words from the Dragon, Bruce Lee.
Today's date is 3/15 so it was yet another reminder of how anxious I am to start bulking again so I can get my 3 plate bench press back and start repping it.
How about both????
This.
My boy Frank Zane: The master of aesthetics.
Going for a PR tomorrow. I did 495 x 4 touch n go last week and now I want 5. Will be bummed if I get 4 again and will be enraged if I get 3!
