Motivation
We all start somewhere...it's how you finish that is remembered!!!!
I know that there have been others before and since. But for me...Arnold was the one.

Every time I see one of his pics it brings me back to when I started. When gyms were dark, dangerous caves where monsters were born! :)
I try to live by this mantra!!! The only two caveats I'd add are: Avoid those who don't want to be saved...and make sure, that in helping others, you don't get pulled into the abyss with them!
