In High School I took insults personally. I let them fester up, bothering for hours if not days. I started lifting and now if someone says anything insulting I just act like The Dude.. Yeah.. well that's just, like, your opinion, man.You've got this!

When I break down my physique I realize I'll never have Kai Greene legs, or overall massthetics like Phil Heath. Frank Zane has a big back, small waist, and has a classic physique. With enough commitment I think I can match this physique in time!
