The 2015 12-week transformation challenges does not start until the end of December but there are 5 challenges related to it leading up to registration and posting photos where you can win in store credit!

I made this calendar with a checklist in each day to hang on my wall for the month of October to keep me in check. My goal is to have as many of those boxes checked off by the end of the month. If this works well I'll do it for every month.
