Workouts can be tough - they can leave you feeling so sore! Living healthy fit is not always easy and can leave with you having to say no when you really want to say yes... but like any lifestyle or choice we make they come with hard decisions.

I can see what I want so bad!!! It is so hard to get your butt moving but I am sick and tired of being sick and tired so I am ready to make things HAPPEN!

Treat gym time like an appointed. Whenever possible be sure to schedule around your gym time unless of course it is a family event or something important to your friends. I always tell people --- sorry I have an appointment I can meet at this time

So much truth packed in such a short quote! give it all you got the only person you are going to fail is yourself --- now why wold any of us want to do that ?

I agree!!! Many women are nervous to lift heavy I do not think they should be... we do not eat like man calorie wise or have testosterone like a man so unless you are purposely trying to bulk up you have no worries... lift hard and have fun.
