Not high quality editing, but I made this while at work! That is quality in itself! Shout out to Jim Stoppani for giving me the motivation to consistently stay in the gym for the longest period of my life!

You have probably seen this, but it is a good reminder. The negativity that originates out of other people's jealousy can easily lead to demotivation. Find conviction for why you are working on a better life and cling to it!

The past week has been very tough motivationally. But somewhere deep inside, there was a piece of me that said keep pushing and tonight I had one of the funnest workouts I've had this year! Dig deep. It's where you find your character.

TWO WEEKS! Can you believe it! My motivvation was running low after two weeks, but this serves to show why keeping progress pics, stats and goals are so important. Great motivation for week 3!
