Motivation
Three and a half years ago I started with boot camp classes to lose a few pounds...14 months ago, I discovered weight training and have not looked back. What I thought was impossible last year is possible this year, and so on, just keep pushing!!
Wake up with Determination...and go to bed 100% satisfied! My mantra I try to live by each and every day xo
There are so many days we may feel de-motivated or not "inspired" - those are the days we have to really make it happen, be positive, stay focused and positive and just DO IT!! xo
Saturday Thoughts...! I cannot stop thinking about my fitness journey, so I do not stop working at it, if it is your passion it is going to be easy to do xo
Well, this is my mantra. I don't compare myself to any other women, I do my own thing and challenge myself more and more each day - this is how I live!!
