This is why progress photos are so critical - you may not feel like your body is changing but it is. There is an 18 month - 10 pound difference in these photos!! Keep moving forward!!
Small daily changes make for huge long term successes! I am not where I want to be - but I will never go back to where I began!!
140's baby!!! Mama's gonna need some new clothes soon - things are starting to fall and hang off of me now!!
Does it make me badass to do both - strapped on a 50# backpack and knocked out 30 minutes on the stairmill!! Legs were on fire!!
Nothing like starting the week off with a killer leg workout - who knew that one day this gal would LOVE leg day instead of dread it?!?!?

You never realize how much something helps you physically and mentally until you break routine for several days!! I was back in the gym today after 4 days off and already feel better!!
This right here!! It ain't about achieving someone else's body image - it's making my temple the most bada$$ it can be!!
