Who says that SARS-CoV-2 cannot take your plans and have you make a restate of objectives? If I take care of myself but no one else does then things will go wrong

Completed the 2021 Clasica Santanena 12km road race. With the world sanitary emergency last year was suspended, this year it was done "virtually" it is amazing what a difference it makes to run against and in a pack

June 2021 turned out to be an extraordinary month trainingwise, achieving weight and distance goals was just the beginning
Finished my intervals ready for the rest of the year 55 today
Time to focus on fat and proteins for speed and long distance relationship, this week we retake the tempo runs

Since the beginning of the sanitary emergency training has been spotty at best, at least I keep some activity to maintain the heart working well

Time to focus on my weight, can't allow myself to keep losing weight when not training, need to increase my protein and fat intake, while I'm in healthy levels

First sub 21k run of the year 2021, hopefully this will be a better fit year for all of us
So far on the right track to recover my left knee and start adding distance, the goal is not another Marathon but now to keep my mind centered

Splendid isolation; short training bursts Max 40" average 20" high intensity, just enough to get ready for work at home, has lowered my weight, same as BF%. Hope to start training long distance again next week

There is some heavy raining coming down at this moment but the Gym is on the other side...
Today was a successful day at the gym, started following some bodyweight exercises and at the end a blister pop *realize there was one when try to wash my hands before heading home. I'm feeling proud of the intensity of my workout!
