Whether is was negative or positive...there is a reason that moved you to start your journey and there is something that gets you at your inner core and will emotionally move you to NOT QUIT! That moment ...when it goes from your head to your heart!

Half way through the Cor 6 week challenge! Let's make sure we are stepping out of our comfort zone, pushing ourselves to achieve our best results!! Bring it :)
Almost the end of week 3 and at a half way point in the Challenge! Enjoy the ride...life is just so short whether we live to 30 or 110!

Throughout our life journey, we will learn so many things, stretch yourselves past your comfort zone....because just like a rubber band is stretched and doesn't go back, we will also grow leaps and bounds in all areas of our lives! Bring on week 3 :)

Just keeping it real!! I went many years just hitting the gym here and there and not really eating healthy all the time just to find myself frustrated.When you truly make being fit and healthy your lifestyle, it makes all the difference!NO QUIT:)

On this Journey, there will be those that try to throw negative at us, whether it's giving you a hard time for eating differently, working out, being fanatical, disciplined, etc..Let their lack of these things be motivation to accomplish your goals:)
