If you don't eat enough your body wont be able to replenish the nutrients you burn during a workout thus making you un able to gain muscle that is used to help burn fat! Eat smarter everyone.
I've learned in my 6 months of training that if you do the same thing, and don't ever test yourself that you will remain the same. This post made me feel that i need to train hard, and train insane or stay the same!
