The newest of the shred program left the second week. In week 5 just going to keep grinding...never quit, see the person I want to become...tired of the same old same, so I need to crush every workout. Lets do this!
I took this competition off so I could get some summer enjoyment with the kids, hmm still managed 5-6 days in the gym and some two a day workouts. Its a part of my life and whether I am in a competition or not...still here grinding!
