Ladies, if you want your waist to look smaller, you need to build that V-taper. Back day is still one of my favourites (leg day comes 1st ), I just love feeling and looking at back muscles!
If you want your glutes to look bigger, just film them from below lol. But if you want your glutes to look bigger from ALL angles, work hard on big compound leg movements, eat right, and the results will come.

Execute every rep with the same effort and focus that you’d use for a 1RM, from you warm-up to your last working set. Every good quality rep is the building block for a strong and technically perfect lift.
