Motivation

Truth
When at the gym it is my mission not to get too chatty and lose my rhythm. My A.D.D has made this additionally hard, but I make it happen. I'm not there for social hr.

If the weight comes off too quick it will come back just as fast. There is NO quick fix if you want permanent results. Work for it!
