Happy me after successful hip replacement surgery on November 27, 2017. I have been MIA here, out of shape, in pain due to accidents and waiting for major surgery to replace my right hip, Leg had shortened 2 inches due to degeneration and injuries.

This outstanding women is an inspiration and role model for me. I am into Juicy Crone, Keen-Ager thinking and Ernestine Shepherd walks the talk and encourages others to live their best lives...at any age and she echoes my philosophy as well.

2014 dumped some health problems and a couple of accidents along my path of life. We all have setbacks but I refuse to allow what happened define me...I choose what I intend to become. How about you? Yes? No? Maybe? Moving on right now!

2015 and beyond...I intend to make this year the best one...so far. Moving into my 60's then 70's I affirmed that I intend to live strong, sensual, sexy, sensational, spectacular, stupendous and at 72 checked them all and intend to make it last.

I am at an age when many of my peers...and those who are younger are struggling with a host of health problems, are overweight and out of shape. I am committed to self-mastery as a keen-ager!

I am have been around the sun more times than many members here but I can assure you aging is not lost youth unless one allows it. In my personal and professional experience I know this quote is true. Live it...BE it and you CAN remain youthful.

After I healed my own life and overcoming 2 eating disorders I took more training and started presenting Body Dynamics Courses. Women often have difficulty in loving and accepting themselves and I love this quote in its truth and power.

I believe...and it keeps me motivated to keep on and never quitting until my goal-setting, goal getting goals are realized. It is not how many times we fall or are set back...but how many times we rise again, again...again!

My bumble bee braces. 7 years ago my knees were so bad I had an MIR and found out the damage to them would require a knee replacement. I said "no" and I am going strong without braces or surgery! Fitness!

Two choices...progress or excuses. I have come to accept that I always make time for what really matters. At this age and stage of life my commitment to progressing overrides what I used to tell myself as reasons when they were just weak excuses.

Self-responsibility, cause and effect, choice and consequence are some of the guidelines my hubs David and I use for healthy, successful living personally and professionally when we work with clients. This graphic sums it up nicel.

It used to be the former for me...now it is the latter. How our bodies function is equally important (if not moreso) than the way we look.

Oh yes, this is the framework for my youthing as we age philosophy. The combo of attitutude and healthy living action plans with regular fitness is the path to making it happen.
