Wow this is perfect for this challenge. I have seen some amazing before and after transformation pictures from people on this site and I'm sure they will tell you it took a while. But stopping doesn't get you to your goal any quicker. Good luck!

This statement is very true. Cheat meals don't even feel worth it. Stay focused on your goals.
What I see when other people are drinking these beverages. Stay strong. Water is one of your best friends!

It sucks and hurts while you are doing it but then it is over and the gains are still there. Keep it moving.
Just getting to the gym is half the battle. Once you are there, most people start getting pumped up about working out. Make time and get there.

This has been a main player in my recent weight loss and health. I don't starve myself by any means. I eat healthy things throughuot the day. This keeps your metabolism up and constant energy in your body. Keep eating healthy, everyone!

We all know that horrible feeling when you are kind of ashamed to take off your shirt. In whatever setting it may be. That is why I like this post.
I travelled for most of the day today from New Jersey to Missouri. I am pretty tired and in a different setting but I still managed to eat well all day and then run a 5k in my new fastest time. Lets keep it going everyone! 100K Challenge
