Motivation

Faith = positive thinking always. When you commit to Faith the rewards are great, just as true health and fitness are 24/7- no breaks.

Drop em' like a bad habit. I feel so much better doing what I love, surrounding myself with the positive people who live healthy. Exercising daily, going after goals! Everyone has struggles, but we can recognize and take the steps to be better.
Stay positive, keep motivation, stay true to yourself. Health and fitness is a lifestyle, live it, let it be who you are. Just like faith, there are no days off.

When I started lifting again after years away, the 405 pound dead-lift was intimidating. I still tried, failed only 3 inches off the ground. Two weeks later after intense training and WILL POWER, dead-lifted that 405 4 times. *video is posted.
Never let your health and fitness go due to where your at, what you have, or what you can do. Keep moving forward, find what you need to excel.
