Dinner last night. Shrimps, Okra, Rice and Peas, Onions and Plantains. And of course a glass of wine. Yummy.

Me in my office at the gym yesterday. The gym finally opened up yesterday, after the Covid-19 lockdown that came into effect on December 26th. I'm wearing the KN95 mask. Stay safe out there and in the gym.
Breakfast - Egg whites and Oatmeal (Quaker Oats). I put the egg whites and oatmeal in a blender before cooking. High protein, high carb day. Yummy. Stay safe out there.
