Peak Week is great! We have family visiting and my son has arrived. Peak week diet, no track. Start carbs tomorrow, and excited! Drinking 2 to 1 1/2 gallons a day. My weight is falling off, and I am very cut.
Count down is on! I am feeling so many emotions. Good and bad. Confidence, but yet fear of a new experience. I know one thing, I am so excited to meet other like minded people with a passion for fitness and nutrition.
